1. Introduction

Welcome to Gigi, your AI wingwoman. Gigi is an invite-only, AI-powered matchmaking experience designed to create meaningful, high-quality introductions. By using Gigi, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use Gigi.

2. Definitions

  • "Service": The Gigi platform and its functionalities, including AI-driven matchmaking, introductions, and interactions.

  • "User": An individual who has provided their contact details and engaged with Gigi’s services, including AI interactions and matchmaking.

  • "Partner": Organizations collaborating with Gigi to provide services within their network and share opted-in users with Gigi’s exclusive community.

  • "Profile Information": Data provided by the User, including personal preferences, social media handles (if applicable), and interaction history with Gigi.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Gigi.

  • By using Gigi, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

  • Gigi reserves the right to request proof of age and remove accounts of users found to be under 18.

4. Registration & Service Access

The registration process for Gigi occurs as follows:

Request Access:

  • You apply through our invite-only system.

  • If selected, you provide your email, phone number, and other relevant details.

AI Interaction & Profile Creation:

  • After providing your details, Gigi engages with you through AI interactions.

  • By participating, you:

    • Accept these Terms of Service.

    • Authorize Gigi to use your provided data for matchmaking.

    • Understand that your profile may be shared with potential matches.

You are not considered a full User until you complete the onboarding process with Gigi.

5. User Conduct

To maintain a high-quality, respectful community, Users agree to:
Be respectful in interactions.
Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior.
Not misuse Gigi’s AI system for inappropriate or misleading purposes.

Failure to comply may result in removal from the platform.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

At Gigi, privacy is our priority.

6.1. What Data We Collect

We may collect:

  • Personal identifiers: Name, phone number, Instagram handle (if provided).

  • Usage data: How you interact with Gigi.

  • Communication data: Messages or interactions you have with us.

6.2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

  • Facilitate AI-driven matchmaking.

  • Improve Gigi’s recommendations based on your preferences.

  • Provide personalized dating insights.

We do NOT sell or share your data with third-party advertisers.

  • Address user concerns.

7. AI Processing & Third-Party Services

Gigi uses advanced AI to facilitate introductions. By using Gigi, you acknowledge that:

  • AI may process your interactions to refine recommendations.

  • Some processing may involve third-party AI providers with strict confidentiality agreements.

We select partners carefully and regularly review their compliance with data protection laws.

8. Service Operation & Matching Process

By using Gigi, you agree that:

  1. Your profile details may be shared only with potential matches.

  2. Gigi curates matches based on AI insights, not random swipes.

  3. Your contact information is never shared without explicit consent.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology within Gigi are exclusive property of Gigi and its licensors. You agree not to copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior authorization.

10. Payments & Fees

While Gigi offers exclusive, invite-only access, certain premium features may be subject to fees. If we introduce paid options, you will be notified in advance.

Users are responsible for any carrier charges related to phone interactions with Gigi.

11. Limitation of Liability

Gigi facilitates introductions but does not guarantee relationship success or personal compatibility. Users acknowledge that:

  • Gigi operates on an "as-is" basis with no guarantees.

  • Gigi is not liable for any outcomes resulting from user interactions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gigi shall not be responsible for any indirect or consequential damages.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Any major changes will be communicated to Users via email or platform notifications. Continued use of Gigi after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
